Sweedish Red Lips
These are "thumbprint" cookies, you can fill them with anything, but we like to use red jam (strawberry or raspberry) and call them Sweedish Red Lips, perfect for Valentine's Day!
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
